For whatever reason her last few books just didn’t pay off like her earlier ones did. I will say that for awhile I thought a couple details were glossed over or forgotten but the author picked them back up later, to which I was relieved.

They didn’t lend anything to the story – in fact, they took away from it because they were distracting in how bad they were. It is a story of determination and getting what you want. Thanks for telling us about the problem. She was a winner and will miss her in the literary world! In RL I would have been telling the girl to just get over herself already because how blind lathleen you be to your own feelings? The other characters were more appealing but still lacking. The story seemed to drag on and I was hoping for more romance then action, but as I stated above, it’s an easy read that I appreciated at the time.

For that reason, although it isn’t one of my everlasring, it will still be enjoyed because it was her last.
